The grapes are sourced from harrowingly steep vineyards, set on coastal terraces at 550 meters above sea level. Marisa Cuomo is a legendary winemaker, who specializes with her whites, but achieves equal success and great phenolic ripeness with her reds, without making them super bulky. She farms her
