Geoffroy 'Expression' Champagne 1er Cru Brut, NV michagan The vineyards of Bruno DanginThis champagne is a classic blend of 35% Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. It is made of equal parts vintage wine, and wine from a perpetual solera reserve, dating back to 1970. The wine hails from the premier cru villages of Cumires and Hautvillers, and is so complex and layered. We would have it with a pan seared dover sole with lemon and capers.
