Mad Millie Coconut Yoghurt Thickener Airlock Made from 304 stainless forThe coconut yoghurt thickener is what gives the coconut yoghurt the perfect texture and consistency. This is a replacement item for the Coconut Yoghurt Kit. Directions: For 800 ml, mix 1 heaped tbsp thickener, 2 tbsp raw sugar (optional) and 1 2 cup of warm coconut milk before adding to mixture. Refer to instructions provided in the Coconut Yoghurt Kit. Ingredients: Organic tapioca flour, maltodextrin (from non GMO corn), organic guar gum.
