The sound this cuff makes is rather loud. This bracelet will fit a smaller wrist and would be slightly adjustable. We would recommend though to not bend it too much, as it seems, it has been repaired at one spot where the hallmarks are (Check last pic). But it is flexible enough to slip in with a small wrist.
