Royal Albert Old Country Roses 3 Piece Set - Vanilla Him Collector's Guild piece in 2011The Harold Holdcroft inspired Old Country Roses was launched in 1962. The Royal Albert Art Director based his design on the 1921 Kings Ransom pattern. The design was a result of a years work by Harold Holdcroft who said, We decided to incorporate all the ingredients we new would be acceptable, richness of colour, softness of colour, good quality and a good value look. All these elements are incorporated in the pattern. It has lush deep red roses,
