Dremont Pere & Fils 'Cuvee Ephemere 029' Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne Extra-Brut, NV wheat whiskey It is collected and savedphmre 029 is a collaboration between Frdric Savart and Alexandre Chartogne, made from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay sourced from the villages of Avize and Cramant, with a base vintage of 2022. It is a layered wine, revealing tons of depth and minerality underneath a fresh front palate of bright orchard fruit. Pair it with yakitori style salmon with scallions and summer squash.
