With a rounded texture, smooth flavors of stewed red fruit and elegant tannins, this wine would go perfectly with a leaner steak, a rich mushroom risotto, or veal dish with a red wine based sauce. Originally an architect, winemaker Andrea Mosca acquired 3 hectares in the Bramaterra region of Piedmont and began the NOAH project,
