Moose Antler Ulu bull and a polar bearThe ulu is an all purpose knife used mainly in the kitchen for cutting fish, meat, vegetables, herbs, and even cheese and pizza! A very versatile, easy to use, and ultra sharp cutting tool. Traditionally, the ulu was used by the Inuit people of Alaska and Canada for skinning and cutting meat and fish. This handle is made of naturally shed moose antler. Moose, the largest member of the deer family, are an important symbol of Alaskan life; providing
