Lelièvre Gris de Toul Côtes de Toul Rosé, 2025 gran reserva and “ultra-cold” filtration stepsThis wine is made of Gamay and Pinot Noir. Direct pressed and aged in stainless steel on its lees for around 4 months, this ros is bright and dry with nice texture. A floral nose and round palate full of fresh strawberries best characterizes the flagship wine of the once forgotten Ctes de Toul, which had been ravaged during World War I. Pairings are endless with this wine, but we'd suggest a charcuterie with dry salami like saucisson sec and sweet
