Le Piane 'βιαηκΩ' Vino Bianco, 2021 wheat lager cultivated organi agave EspadinThis wine is made from 100% Erbaluce. The grape is a rare varietal indigenous to Piedmont. We would pair it with a light onion stuffed agnolotti, or potatoes au gratin with shaved black truffle or truffle oil.
