The advertisement is for "O. K. Rubber Welders for Tires. World's finest recapping guaranteed nation wide." The back has an attached cord for hanging. This is in excellent condition. There is just a bit of residue on the front (possibly from a sticker?) & a small chip on the back, bottom. The old mirror shows only minor dark areas due to
