Domaine Vaquer 'Cuvée Bernard' Cotes du Roussillon, 2021 pineapple restrainedThis wine is made from 1 3 Carignan, 1 3 Grenache, and 1 3 Syrah. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in cement vats. Vatting times are fairly brief which favours red berry notes and a pleasant roundness. It is a fruity, smooth and easy drinking wine, perfect with Catalan charcuterie and grilled meat.
