this is a blend of spontaneously fermented beers inoculated in their cool ship overnight

With cherry and wild strawberry sweetness

this beer was aged on a mix of whole yellow and white peaches for three months

Andi Weigand 2023 Amphora White Natural Orange Wine 750ml (10.5%) Organic Wine Chardonnay BA SaisonMuller Thurgau and Bacchus blend, from vines 30 45 years old grown in Iphofen, Bavaria, GermanyA smooth and fresh light orange with minimal skin contact, with aromas of apricot and pineapple, with a light acidity and minerality. Andi follows the same process for each of his whites: grapes are hand harvested, and are pressed directly in the 100 year old basket press. Juice is then transferred to clay Amphora, for nine months or so before bottling
