Made in Charlesbourg, Qubec (just outside of Qubec City), Oceane is cozy and practical. The uppers are made of waterproof suede and nubuck, and the interior lining is 100% wool, most of the way up the leg. A felt wrap around the upper calf adds some extra style points. A zipper on the inside of the leg makes them easy to get on and off, while the laces allow you get a
