It's modelled in 9 karat rose gold and will have originally have been used as a bracelet clasp (the top part opens up)
and black for double zero (the zeroes being where the casinos made their money)
white and orange enamel
I think given that it's chomping down on one of the tail loops we can pretty much say it's a tail devourer
