New Park Brewing 'Tupelo' Barrel Aged Sour (750ml) craft distillery and brighter version of its750ml Bottle We blended three barrels containing mixed fermentation saison, added large amounts of local wildflower honey from Hill Top Apiaries in Simsbury CT, and let the blend undergo a long secondary fermentation. Notes of floral honey, balanced acidity, and deep complexity from the wide array of wild microbes in our house culture. ABV 6. 7%
