Unlike many other mass produced liqueurs, they use only fresh ingredients, including sweet and bitter oranges, Persian limes, lemon leaves, citrus blossoms and local spices like allspice and achiote. Each ingredient is macerated individually in neutral cane spirit for 5 days before being blended. It offers and bright, citrus forward taste
