I think these are certainly 70s rather than 90s judging by the buckles and soles. The name has worn away aside from the very last bit! I've absolutely dosed these in leather restorer as the scales where beginning to lift a bit as you can see, so have been well fed. I gave them a quick polish but will do them again to remove final residue seen in pics! Measures: Labelled a 5. 5, they're unfortunately too narrow
